What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of managing leads and closing deals

- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey value and handle objections
- Ability to build relationships and connect with potential sellers
- Strong analytical skills for property analysis and negotiation
