What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with property sellers to build rapport and gather critical property information
- Underwrite properties to determine market value and potential profitability
- Navigate and negotiate purchase terms with sellers, adapting to various negotiation styles
- Manage property access for buyers, sellers, and agents, ensuring clear communication and organization
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing regular updates and maintaining trust
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to follow up persistently with sellers, utilizing multiple communication methods
- Exceptional attention to detail, tracking all interactions and notes meticulously
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building trust and closing deals
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to solve problems relentlessly, keeping the acquisition process moving forward
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Strong background in sales or negotiation roles
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation methods
