Description
If you're a closer in this industry, you already know the real bottleneck isn't talent. It's leads. You're good on the phone. You can hold rapport, handle objections, and lock a contract when you get in front of the right seller. The problem is getting in front of them. You're spending half your week chasing cold lists, paying for skip traces, running your own ads, or burning hours on dials that go nowhere. The deals you do close are funding the marketing for the next batch of leads. That's not a closer's job. That's a marketing job you got handed because nobody else would do it.
Easy Fast Offers is the other side of that equation. We're an acquisitions operation generating 50+ raised-hand seller leads every single day. Not cold lists. Not drip campaigns. Not aged data someone else already burned through. These are homeowners filling out a form right now asking us to make them an offer. The marketing engine is built, paid for, and running. Your only job is to pick up the phone and close.
We're building the greatest single-family investment company in the country, and we need closers who can match our pace, hold our standard, and treat sellers right while locking up deals. We're leaving money on the table every single day because there aren't enough hours to call every lead. That's not a problem you fix with more leads. That's a problem you fix with more closers.
