      We are only accepting applicants located within 15 miles of Torrance, CA, and who have a current CA Real Estate License. All other applicants will not be considered.

      The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our team. This role will oversee and optimize various aspects of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service delivery. Must have excellent organizational capabilities, outstanding communication skills, high technological proficiency, keen attention to detail, and a rapid learning ability.       Initially, this role will require in-office presence; however, as we progress, there will be opportunities for flexible work-from-home arrangements.

      Responsibilities
      • Design and execute innovative systems and programs, encompassing training modules, onboarding procedures, and platform integrations. Regularly evaluate and optimize operational systems.
      • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing updates on property listings, and addressing any concerns or issues.
      • Support the listing process by preparing listing materials, creating marketing materials, coordinating property showings, and ensuring listings are accurately updated across multiple platforms.
      • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new buyers and set up on-market and off-market searches, also ensuring successful transaction completion.
      • Assist in transactions by managing TCs, inspections, escrow, and lenders, and continue updating and supporting clients.
      • Implement the team's marketing vision, emphasizing brand consistency, lead acquisition, and deal closure.
      • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.
      • Ensure optimal functionality of technological platforms, spanning CRM, email systems, company websites, and more.
      • Continue updating and enhancing the team website with SEO-rich content.
      • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
      • Research real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to real estate agents and support strategic decision-making.
      • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings and increase brand visibility.
      • Oversee the management and optimization of CRM systems. Maintain and update client databases, inputting new leads and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
      • Direct and manage the tasks of a virtual assistant.
      • Train and manage new agents and administrative staff.
      • Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly.
      • Track office expenses and manage basic bookkeeping.
      • Engage in continuous learning, focusing on management, leadership, and operational best practices.
      • Strategize and organize client appreciation events, outreach programs, and client gifts.
      • Adhere to and uphold all NPPG support standards and expectations, ensuring consistent quality and professionalism in all tasks and interactions.

      Qualifications
      • A valid California Real Estate license is required.
      • Must live within 15 miles of Manhattan Beach.
      • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties.
      • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
      • Must have graduated from high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion.
      • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information.
      • Must have a minimum of 1 year of Real Estate experience.
