What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Arrange professional photos, lockboxes, and access details for each property
- Prepare and oversee the signing and notarization of documents (POA, disclosures, etc.)
- Upload accurate information into flat-fee MLS portals and verify listing details
- Serve as the point of contact for buyer agents, title companies, and potential buyers
- Track showings, feedback, and offer activity across multiple states
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active real estate license in any U.S. state
- Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with investor transactions or flat-fee MLS systems
