Responsibilities
• Contact new leads and follow up with them to get properties under contract to purchase based on our buying criteria.
• Perform due diligence on property conditions and market trends to accurately assess property value.
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
• Maintain excellent time and calendar management to ensure all appointments and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in in-person B2C sales, preferably in real estate, roofing, in-home sales, or similar fields.
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with sellers.
• Excellent time and calendar management skills.
• Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Proficient in using CRM systems to track interactions and manage the sales process.
• Must have a reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet access
• Must be willing to work typical Eastern Time Zone Business hours
• Must have a working vehicle and be willing to drive anywhere in LA County daily.
