What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze real estate, demographic, and other data to support store and pipeline decisions
- Maintain and enhance data processes and predictive models for location performance
- Create reports in Power BI and Excel to visualize store performance and market trends
- Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with enterprise initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or real estate analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets
- Proven experience in leading analytics and delivering impactful business solutions
- Strong skills in Power BI and advanced Excel; familiarity with Python is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
