      Responsibilities
      • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
      • Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth closings
      • Use company leads, exclusive listings, and technology to grow your career
      • Generate leads & develop and maintain relationships with clients
      • Deliver exceptional service to build lasting client relationships
      • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
      • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
      • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
      • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
      • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

      Qualifications

      Requirements
      • Valid New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Required)
      • Self-motivated and driven to build a successful real estate career
      • Willingness to work on commission and learn in a fast-paced environment
      • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
      • Show good organizational and time management skills
      • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
      • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
      • Self-motivation and drive
