Description
We're a top-producing San Diego luxury team that generates more online leads than we can service locally. Now we're expanding into Orange County. LUXURYSOCALREALTY invests heavily in SEO, AI-powered marketing, and paid digital campaigns that drive real buyer and seller leads across Southern California. These leads are already coming in from Orange County. We need a licensed agent on the ground who knows Newport Beach from Laguna, responds within five minutes, and can turn warm online inquiries into closed transactions.
You'll receive a steady pipeline of Orange County buyer and seller leads from our digital marketing. Your job is to respond fast, qualify effectively, nurture the ones who aren't ready, and convert the ones who are. You'll have CRM tools, drip campaigns, and back-office support so you can focus on client conversations and getting deals to the closing table. No cold calling. No door knocking. We generate the business. You close it.
Responsibilities
• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes during business hours
• Qualify buyer and seller inquiries through phone, text, and email
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM with detailed notes and consistent follow-up
• Nurture long-term leads through systematic touchpoints until they're ready to transact
• Convert qualified leads into signed buyer agreements and listing appointments
• Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings
• Provide local Orange County market expertise to out-of-area buyers and relocating clients
• Coordinate with our transaction and marketing team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Attend weekly virtual team meetings and report on pipeline activity and conversion metrics
Qualifications
• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Orange County with higher-end sales
• Proven ability to convert online leads into closed transactions
• Strong knowledge of coastal and inland Orange County neighborhoods, pricing, and inventory
• Comfortable with CRM systems, following funnels and scripts, and rapid response workflows
• Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency around lead follow-up
• Organized with strong pipeline management habitsAbout the company
