Responsibilities
As a Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Agent, you will:
• Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and clients with professionalism and care
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads through company opportunities, referrals, networking, and community relationships
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, market analyses, and property showings
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction documents
• Communicate consistently with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, and other transaction partners
• Use Johnson & Wilson programs and resources to create real solutions for clients
• Stay informed on market trends, contracts, technology, and best practices
• Participate in company training, meetings, and professional development
• Uphold the Johnson & Wilson standard of excellence, integrity, service, and community leadership
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• An active South Carolina real estate license, or be actively working toward licensure
• A professional, positive, and client-focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivation to build a long-term real estate career
• Willingness to learn systems, programs, scripts, and company tools
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, email, and digital marketing tools
• A desire to be part of a boutique company rather than a mass-production brokerage
Previous real estate experience is helpful, but not required. We are open to newer agents who are coachable, motivated, ethical, and ready to work.About the company
