      Responsibilities
      • Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through closing.
      • Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction with confidence and expertise.
      • Convert and manage high-quality inbound leads while continuing to grow your personal sphere and referral business.
      • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to maximize conversion opportunities.
      • Leverage Compass technology and team systems to efficiently manage and grow your career.
      • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic pricing and negotiation guidance.
      • Negotiate contracts while protecting clients' best interests.
      • Coordinate property showings, listing launches, and client communications with a high level of professionalism.
      • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
      • Stay informed on local market trends to serve as a trusted real estate advisor.

      Qualifications
      • Active DC/VA/MD real estate license.
      • Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience.
      • Proven track record of successfully closing transactions and delivering exceptional client service.
      • Experience on a real estate team preferred.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
      • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
      • Comfortable leveraging CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and real estate technology.
      • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset.
      • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
      • Local market expertise and the ability to provide strategic guidance to buyers and sellers.
      • A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
