- Work closely with AM Directors, acting as a key resource in managing transactions.
- Provide direct administrative support to ensure efficient deal flow and execution.
- Maintain best-in-class deal packages and lease exhibits, ensuring consistency and accuracy across transactions.
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate as needed to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with AM Directors and internal teams to ensure project milestones and approvals are met.
- Develop, maintain, and manage asset management tracking databases to monitor key deal metrics, lease terms, expiration dates, and project statuses.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in portfolio tracking systems, providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve data organization, reporting, and workflow efficiencies.
- Take ownership of assigned special projects to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices for transaction workflows, lease documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, construction, lease administration, or a related field. Retail or corporate real estate experience preferred.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with real estate database management is preferred.
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create and manage real estate tracking tools and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Position Overview
The Real Estate Management Specialist provides critical support to the Asset Management team, partnering closely with Directors and Managers to ensure effective execution of asset management transactions and initiatives. This role requires a proactive, self-directed individual who can manage multiple priorities independently, including preparing executive presentations, maintaining portfolio databases, coordinating reporting, and supporting special projects across the department.
