      Real Estate Specialist Boston, MA | Sales and Rentals | Inbound Leads | Training and Support

      Centre Realty Group is growing, and we are looking to add motivated Real Estate Specialists to our team serving the Greater Boston area. Candidates must live in or near Boston, Massachusetts, and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet these criteria.

      This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a real estate career in a full-service environment with consistent inbound buyer, seller, and rental opportunities.

      At Centre Realty Group, we operate across residential sales, rentals, and off-campus housing, giving our agents the ability to work multiple sides of the business while building income and experience.

      We generate daily inbound leads for both sales and rentals, allowing agents to step into real opportunities instead of starting from scratch. Our focus is simple: to help agents get into production, stay consistent, and build long-term success.

      Agents joining our team have access to systems designed to support organization, follow-up, and conversion. Our platform includes Follow Up Boss CRM for lead management, Dotloop for transaction coordination, and Google Workspace for communication. Agents also benefit from online lead sources, including Zillow Premier and additional digital marketing channels.

      These systems allow agents to focus on building relationships, working with clients, and closing transactions.

      Responsibilities
      • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
      • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
      • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
      • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
      • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

      Qualifications
      • An active Massachusetts Real Estate License is required
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
      • 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
      • Show a track record of real estate success
      • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
