What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a complex portfolio
- Prepare lease abstracts, manage third-party abstractors, and ensure accuracy
- Track payables and receivables associated with leases and prepare supporting documentation
- Conduct financial analysis, including accounts receivable/payable and budgets per accounting principles
- Manage the lease execution process and coordinate meetings for Corporate Real Estate Services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years working in the Real Estate Services field
- Experience in database management and with relational databases
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience in completing commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing visible sponsorship and guidance for major change initiatives
- Familiarity with economic and demographic real estate market data
- Experience in preparing RFPs and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions
