- Coordinate and prepare documentation for real estate closings from initial preparation through completion.
- Draft and organize entity-related documents, including LLC operating agreements, written consents, resolutions, and other organizational materials.
- Prepare documentation associated with real estate purchases, sales, financing, and other transactions.
- Review title commitments and survey information and assist with preparing detailed objection or comment letters.
- Prepare and coordinate deeds, UCC filings, loan documents, recording materials, and related transaction paperwork.
- Request lien and other searches and summarize findings for the legal team.
- Maintain organized closing files, transaction checklists, indexes, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, title companies, registered agents, and notaries.
- Manage multiple deadlines and assignments while working with minimal supervision.
- Track approximately 1,500 billable hours annually.
- 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred; candidates with fewer years may be considered with strong relevant hands-on experience.
- Significant experience supporting real estate transactions.
- Direct experience reviewing title and survey documents and preparing objection/comment letters.
- Experience with entity formation, LLC operating agreements, consent letters, and organizational documentation.
- Familiarity with deeds, financing documents, UCC filings, and real estate closing processes.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills with attorneys, clients, vendors, and other external contacts.
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred/required.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Candidates located in the Los Angeles area preferred.
- Fully remote work is available; hybrid work is an option for candidates who are able to work from a Los Angeles-area office.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Paralegal opportunity with adjusted compensation.

- Occasional overtime may be required based on transaction deadlines.

Pay: $102,000-$140,000/year
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
