What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor real-time contact center metrics, including call and chat volumes, agent availability, and service level adherence
- Set up and manage real-time alerts for performance deviations and respond promptly to mitigate issues
- Allocate resources dynamically to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Collaborate with contact center supervisors and leaders to provide real-time performance updates and address challenges
- Analyze historical and current data to make short-term adjustments to forecasting models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in real-time monitoring and analysis
- Prior experience in process optimization and workflow management
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CCT software, computer troubleshooting, and hardware installation
- Experience with inContact, Salesforce, and Microsoft applications
- Workforce Management experience is a plus
