      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex projects from estimating to project completion, coordinating with detailing teams and vendors
      - Provide total contract management, ensuring effective coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery of products
      - Lead the change order process and interpret plans and contract terms for team members and customers
      - Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers
      - Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling to update leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
      - Minimum 2 years of project management, commercial, detailing, customer-facing, or rebar experience
      - Strong mathematical skills and critical thinking abilities
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
      - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

      - Self-starting, positive problem solver with initiative and enthusiasm
      - Experience in customer relations and resolving disputes
      - Basic knowledge of contract law and standard business practices
