What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately calculate and report on client rebate payments within assigned book of business
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and troubleshoot issues related to rebate payments
- Prepare comprehensive client rebate reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms
- Maintain adherence to policies and procedures regarding rebate management and payments
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address client rebate questions and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Basic SQL experience for modifying queries and understanding complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated attention to detail with analytical and financial reasoning skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis
- Understanding of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) or managed healthcare experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational agility
