What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact via phone and email for student and parent inquiries regarding applications and records
- Load and index all documents related to undergraduate student records, ensuring compliance with checklists
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of student records within the university’s information systems
- Review and manage mismatched records and process change requests from relevant personnel
- Assist with the final high school transcript review process and other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in records management or customer service, preferably in higher education
- Knowledge of records management concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a higher education or corporate setting
- Familiarity with student information systems such as Slate, PeopleSoft/CaneLink, or OnBase
