      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and manage student records in an organized and compliant manner
      - Process external records requests and coordinate with registrars for missing documents
      - Ensure all student files are current and complete as required by the state's Department of Education
      - Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and verify document presence
      - Communicate tactfully with parents while maintaining confidentiality in job-related matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
      - One (1) year of clerical work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
      - Good verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree
      - Two (2) years of clerical work experience
      - Familiarity with web-based database programs for education information management
