      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, process, and fulfill requests for patient records in compliance with federal and state laws
      - Ensure accurate, timely, and secure handling of protected health information (PHI)
      - Collaborate with external requestors such as hospitals, legal offices, payers, and government agencies
      - Maintain confidentiality and operational efficiency within the organization
      - Adhere to internal privacy and compliance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical records
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience handling confidential or sensitive information, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy Rule and, if applicable, 42 CFR Part 2
      - Valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EHR certification
      - Previous experience in a behavioral health or HIPAA-regulated environment
