What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all employment-related activities, including job postings and candidate selection
- Source applicants and perform screening interviews, both by telephone and face-to-face
- Refer applicants to appropriate hiring managers and assist with scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hires with pre-employment and post-hire physical screenings
- Attend career fairs and provide input in the design of recruitment materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field, or five years of Human Resources experience
- Previous Employment Management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No travel required for the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HRCI (PHR or SPHR) or SHRM Certification preferred
