What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to generate talent pipelines for various roles across functional areas
- Maintain organized documentation in the Greenhouse system and Excel talent pipeline trackers
- Utilize data-driven metrics to drive recruitment strategies and improve processes
- Conduct behavioral interviews and train others on effective interviewing techniques
- Manage searches, generate talent pipelines, and close searches efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse recruiting platform
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Minimum of 5 years of direct recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Ability to maintain high-quality connections with top talent for future opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Skilled in using recruiting CRM tools like Gem or SourceWhale
- Expertise in creating and editing compelling job descriptions
- Proficient in advanced boolean search techniques for talent sourcing
- Excellent external messaging, grammar, and spelling skills
- Experience in leveraging AI for recruitment processes
