What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in resource management, project management, or talent management
- Strong understanding of integrated roles in creative marketing
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders of varying levels
- Strong agency background, preferably with experiential marketing experience
