      Job Description

      Our client is a recognized non-profit based in the greater Los Angeles area. For over 100 years, their mission has been to provide family-based and mental health services to families across Los Angeles. This recruiter will partner with the internal HR team and other stakeholders as they grow!

      The recruiter will do full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, managing candidates through the entire recruitment process and liaising with hiring managers/teams.

      The roles will include:
      • licensed/associate clinicians
      • direct support staff
      • operations
      • field-based case managers
      • etc.

      Ideally, this recruiter:
      • will have experience recruiting for licensed clinicians or therapists, social services, non-profit roles
      • can be based in California, but must be able to support the clients PST working hours

      This will be full-time 40 hour/week. Our target start date is the last week of January 2026.
