What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer on college campuses nationwide, scouting for emerging talent
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and university staff
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative recruiting strategies
- Utilize various platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. on a weekly basis to connect with prospective candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
