      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership to scale the recruiting function across engineering, sales, and operations
      - Source, reach out to, and close top-tier talent across technical roles while remaining flexible to support other functions
      - Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing candidates
      - Develop a deep understanding of the business and hiring needs to effectively communicate with candidates
      - Collaborate with the People Ops team to support non-recruiting functions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency/staffing firm or a fast-growing startup
      - Flexibility in approach to recruiting, adapting processes to meet business needs
      - Strong service-minded attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
      - Ability to operate in ambiguity and handle multiple tasks effectively
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain a clean recruiting pipeline

      - Experience closing senior candidates across go-to-market, product, and engineering roles
      - Creativity and persistence in sourcing talent, with a knack for uncovering hidden candidates
