      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
      - Source candidates through various methods including job boards and career sites
      - Screen candidates to assess skills and motivations; conduct reference checks
      - Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates in the ATS, ensuring easy access for future searches
      - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the employer as a brand ambassador

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of high-volume recruiting experience
      - Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces in sectors such as healthcare, social services, retail, or hospitality
      - Customer service experience
      - Familiarity with job boards and portals including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
      - Must currently reside in the state of Washington
      - ATS experience required, preferably with SmartRecruiters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specifically in high-volume recruiting for healthcare or social services
      - Familiarity with community events and networking opportunities
