      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and hire team members committed to improving the lives of children and families affected by autism
      - Maintain an excellent and welcoming candidate experience for future team members
      - Determine the suitability of applicants for employment
      - Source, interview, and negotiate offers for candidates
      - Manage candidates within an applicant tracking system and effectively schedule interviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year in an agency or fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role
      - Experience with full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, video interviewing, and delivering offers
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong ability to creatively build a candidate network

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the field of autism treatment or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
