      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high-volume requisition load while building relationships with hiring managers
      - Source candidates using various methods and tools, including job boards and company career site
      - Screen candidates to evaluate skills and contact references for viability
      - Maintain a pipeline of candidates through the assigned market using SmartRecruiters
      - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with two years of high-volume recruiting experience
      - Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces in various sectors
      - Experience in customer service
      - Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
      - Must currently reside in the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting for the healthcare or social services sectors
      - Knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment strategies
      - Familiarity with community engagement and networking events
