      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop talent attraction strategies and identify key resources for talent
      - Source and recruit top talent for complex mid-Manager or Professional roles
      - Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
      - Conduct detailed candidate phone screens and present candidates to hiring managers
      - Onboard and train new recruiters to the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years' experience in lieu of degree
      - 5 years of tech recruiting experience
      - 5 years' experience with behavioral interviewing
      - 5 years' experience using an applicant tracking system
      - Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years' experience recruiting mid- to senior-level roles
      - Experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies
      - Knowledge of X-ray, FlipSearch, and Boolean Search
