What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Coordinate interviews across global time zones, ensuring smooth communication and logistics
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and create targeted sourcing strategies
- Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates through creative, data-driven approaches
- Maintain high data accuracy and recruiting metrics in ATS, enabling agile decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a startup or fast-growth tech company
- Track record of success hiring for go-to-market roles (Sales, Marketing, BD, Customer Success)
- Agile mindset - adaptable, iterative, and solutions-oriented in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
