      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review resumes to identify top talent that aligns with company culture and industry standards
      - Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications through assessments and interviews
      - Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates
      - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
      - Provide ongoing recruitment updates to the hiring team and support onboarding tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or currently obtaining a degree with an estimated completion within 6 months
      - 1-2 years of HR-related experience
      - Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience using Breezy HR system
      - Understanding of HR fundamentals, metrics, and customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - aPHR, PHR, PHRca, or SHRM certification
      - Continuous improvement mindset and passion for employee engagement
