      About the Role

      The Recruiter supports the organization's hiring needs by managing full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of roles. This position partners with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter follows established recruiting processes and contributes to meeting hiring goals in a timely and efficient manner.

      In this role, you will be responsible for:
      • Managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including:
      • Job postings
      • Resume screening
      • Candidate interviews
      • Offer preparation and coordination
      • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
      • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
      • Conducting phone and video screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
      • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications in partnership with the recruiting coordinator
      • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
      • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
      • Supporting compliance with employment laws and internal recruiting policies
      • Assisting with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed

      What we are looking for:

      A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of a combination of these values, knowledge, and experience:

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      • Proficiency with UltiPro or other applicant tracking systems

      Education and Experience
      • 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in a fast-paced environment

      Salary Range
      • This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 - $80,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate's experience, education and geographic location. This position is eligible for additional compensation beyond base pay.
