What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support full lifecycle recruiting for federal positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain audit-ready documentation in SmartRecruiters, including applicant files, disposition codes, and screening notes
- Assist with the coordination of recruiting efforts and manage high-volume workflows during surge hiring
- Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP policies, and federal labor category requirements
- Provide support to candidates through the federal Public Trust clearance process and oversee their onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Candidate Tracking Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including templates, formatting, and policy documentation
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting federal recruiting or rapid contract staffing
- Familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, SCA, and federal compliance standards
- Experience with cleared recruiting (Public Trust)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
