Job Description

- Schedule phone screens, interviews, and debriefs across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Post and refresh job openings across our ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Screen inbound applicants against role criteria and route qualified candidates to recruiters.
- Keep the ATS clean and current: candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring documentation.
- Support our transition to a new onboarding system as appropriate
- Other functions to support recruiting efforts on the team
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep many moving pieces on track.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with ATS platforms
- At least two (2) years' recruiting or similar experience
- In-office at our Headquarters in Austin, TX or remote for the right candidate
