      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Manager...


      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and develop a recruiting team responsible for recruiting activities within an assigned area
      • Consult with middle and more experienced level management on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop the recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet those needs
      • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges within Executive Recruiting functional area that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
      • Implement recruitment strategy for multiple openings, including candidate identification, assessment, development, hiring recommendations, and executive referrals
      • Serve as the primary relationship manager in hiring for less complex executive positions through actively managing candidate communication, including negotiating terms, and conducting reference checks to facilitate offer acceptance
      • Source and ensure robust and diverse external pipelines are generated and maintained to fill talent acquisition needs across the enterprise
      • Provide insight to execute best practice internal and external executive search strategies for less complex, lower level executive positions
      • Understand and ensure adherence to all hiring policies
      • Research third party search firm referrals and recommend relationship initiation as appropriate
      • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Recruiting functional area and team and develop policies and procedures
      • Develop effective working relationships with business management and internal partners, and exercise the usual authority of a manager, including selection and development of individuals
      • Collaborate and consult with Recruiting peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers
      • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Recruiting functional area
      • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


      Required Qualifications :

      • 4+ years of Recruitment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 2+ years of Leadership experience


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s program
      • Candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition team management and delivery - can be a combination of recruitment and other facets of HR
      • Strongly desire experience working in / servicing other international geographies,
      • Experience working with a U.S. headquartered organization is preferred,
      • Strongly desire experience having built and managed a recruiting sourcing function, and/or an outsourced service delivery model such as business process outsourcing,
      • Experience working in Banking Shared Service Environment is desired


      Job Expectations:

      • Candidate must have excellent stakeholder management
      • Must be knowledgeable of sourcing techniques (such as Boolean searches, etc.) and ability to sell and influence decisions,
      • Must have experience leveraging social and digital media, and online tools/databases to proactively identify passive candidates,
      • Must have experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and preferably PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions
      • Candidate must be amenable to work on Mid shift with potential US hours calls / meetings
