What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Play a pivotal role in the migration and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Document and update recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
- Coordinate complex scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates about logistics
- Audit and maintain candidate data integrity for accurate reporting and compliance
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent team to ensure organization and readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles (internships included)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Eagerness to learn new software and assist with ATS migration
