      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify specific needs for attracting top talent
      - Develop and build out talent pipelines in collaboration with recruiting team members
      - Implement inclusive and diverse sourcing strategies to enhance representation in candidate pipelines
      - Engage and activate passive candidates using Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn
      - Screen candidates through a structured review process and communicate feedback to hiring managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter or Researcher/Sourcer, preferably in Talent, Finance, or Corporate Functions
      - Proven track record of developing strong talent pipelines across various business lines
      - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and impact
      - Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines while ensuring data integrity
      - Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and complex boolean searches

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Eightfold is a plus
      - Demonstrated curiosity and ability to research market trends and domain technologies
