      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and role priorities
      - Create, post, and manage job listings across various job boards and social platforms
      - Maintain and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
      - Proactively source, screen, and engage talent across multiple channels
      - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support candidate communication throughout the process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within IT, MSP, technology services, or similar technical environments
      - Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of humor
      - Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic setting
      - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
