What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and place job advertisements in various media outlets
- Maintain the firm's recruiting database and conduct candidate searches
- Enhance the employer's online presence and build a talent pipeline
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and keep hiring supervisors informed
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum five to seven years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LinkedIn Certification Professional a plus
- Prior experience in a professional services firm
- Experience developing low-cost sourcing strategies
- Skilled in servicing remote customers
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
