      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of recruitment including posting announcements, developing strategies, and screening applications
      - Conduct salary analysis and assist with employment verifications and onboarding processes
      - Maintain recruitment records and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      - Provide training on HR-related topics and monitor interview processes
      - Drive on State business as required and perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
      - Valid Arizona Driver's License
      - Knowledge of State and Federal laws impacting human resources activities
      - Proficiency in spreadsheet and database management
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with recruitment techniques and best practices
      - Familiarity with human resources information systems and job boards
      - Skills in customer service and data entry accuracy
