What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support various aspects of the recruitment process, including process development and updates
- Act as a super-user of Workforce (ATS) and PowerBI for reporting and metrics
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and streamline processes for providers
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance provider records and cleanse databases
- Conduct candidate care conversations and support sourcing outreach efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a recruiting environment, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in office productivity software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
- Familiarity with SharePoint and data management tools
- Strong analytical skills for special reporting and analytic projects
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience conducting competitor research in the recruitment space
