What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective students in assigned recruitment territory
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, and SMS to engage with potential students
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events, high school visits, and college fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with students, referral partners, and community organizations
- Analyze territory trends and report on recruitment progress using the college CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and follow complex procedures and policies with minimal supervision
- Effective decision-making and time management skills
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and application for strategic planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in college admissions
- Alumni of the employer
- Familiarity with database management systems such as Excel, Datatel, Salesforce, and OnBase
- Prior military experience
- Valid driver's license
