What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage redirection of care initiatives, including system programming and documentation
- Process authorizations and collaborate with members and providers to support positive outcomes
- Build rapport and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Analyze data to assess clinical program effectiveness and outcomes
- Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" within the local community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Active Wyoming RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of general nursing experience
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed
- Willingness to travel within the state, including some overnight trips
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in population health or care coordination
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes
