      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and pre-register patients for exams and procedures with specialists
      - Gather and communicate relevant information and preparation instructions to patients and referring providers
      - Perform basic administrative, clerical, and operational tasks
      - Work under close supervision while adhering to established policies and quality standards
      - Support the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program as a patient-facing role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on healthcare experience in a clinical setting, preferably with the Medicare population
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Electronic Medical Records
      - Excellent professional communication skills at all organizational levels and with patients
      - Passion for contributing to an organization focused on enhancing consumer experiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding
      - Experience with referrals in a healthcare setting
      - Medical Assistant or Professional State Certifications related to healthcare
