      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, assisting them in scheduling appointments and accessing telehealth services
      - Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies
      - Assist individuals in connecting to their telehealth appointments and provide necessary technical support
      - Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation within the electronic health record
      - Coordinate care-related tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - At least 1 year of experience in a medical, clinical, or fast-paced office setting
      - A designated home workspace with reliable internet access
      - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
      - Comfort using technology, portals, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHRs)
