      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the authorization/precertification process by coordinating with insurance companies and healthcare providers
      - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up on referrals and appointments
      - Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and specialists, ensuring clear communication of clinical information
      - Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems and addressing potential barriers to care
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
      - At least two (2) years of experience in a physician front office, including patient registration and scheduling
      - Proficient knowledge of health insurance companies and medical terminology
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and must pass a data entry test with 90% accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the authorization/precertification process in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with CPT and Diagnosis Coding
      - Previous experience in a role that required direct patient interaction
