      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the acquisition of and close new business for specific assigned geographic territories and/or states
      - Confidently sell to C-level executives, VPs, and Field-Based Employees, adjusting strategies as needed
      - Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Sales on new business acquisition strategies and pipelines
      - Initiate and cultivate relationships with prospective customers through various outreach methods
      - Lead in-person or WebEx product demonstrations and draft proposals, quotes, and contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years’ experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries
      - 5+ years’ experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, focusing on relationship building and closing
      - Strong experience in quota-carrying roles delivering consistent revenue growth
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field strongly preferred
      - Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
      - Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations via WebEx, Zoom, etc.
      - Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of complex buying organizations
