What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute effective business plans to achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complex market dynamics and create new sales initiatives
- Coordinate care and promote services within hospital systems and provider networks
- Deliver persuasive presentations and strategically address objectives and issues
- Mentor and train new Account Managers under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in developing strategic business plans for multi-million dollar territories
- Expertise in complex disease states and specialty pharmacy delivery systems
- At least 2 years of direct leadership or cross-functional team leadership experience
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience selling specialty products in disease states like Oncology or Transplant
- Experience working with hospitals and specialty provider offices in a medical setting
- Familiarity with reimbursement and billing practices in oncology medical practices
- Experience with specialty pulmonary disease states such as Cystic Fibrosis
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a broader enterprise

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
